Feeling the grounding pull of his Earth Dragon, the man dedicated this day to connecting with the earth. He began by walking barefoot in the frost-covered grass, the cold seeping into his skin, anchoring him to the present moment. His grounding ritual involved holding a stone in his hands, feeling its weight, its permanence.

The lynx appeared again in his thoughts, her paws firmly planted on the earth, her movements deliberate. Inspired, he knelt at his altar and gave thanks for the earth’s stability.

“I am rooted in strength,” he wrote. “The earth holds me steady as I grow.”
